The T490 Series, designed for commercial grade applications with low ambient temperatures. This series is classified as MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) 1 under J STD 020: unlimited floor life time at ≤ 30°C/85% RH.
- Capacitance values ranges 47 μF to 470 μF
- Voltage rating of 4 – 10 VDC
- Operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C
- Suitable for 3 x 260°C reflow passes
- 0.2% per 1,000 hours at 85°C 0.5 VR Reliability
- Tin/lead (Sn/Pb) and Gold-plated terminations are available
