Product Overview
ATTINY1614-SSNR is a microcontroller featuring the 8-bit AVR® processor with hardware multiplier, running at upto 20MHz and with 16Kb flash, 2Kb SRAM and 128B of EEPROM in a 14-pin package. It uses the latest core independent peripherals with low-power features, including an event system, intelligent analog and advanced peripherals. The integrated QTouch® peripheral touch controller supports capacitive touch interfaces with proximity sensing and a driven shield.
- 16Kb flash/2Kb SRAM, 20MHz max CPU speed
- Operating power supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Single-cycle I/O access, two-level interrupt controller, two-cycle hardware multiplier
- 256 bytes EEPROM, flash 10,000 cycles, EEPROM 100,000 cycles (write/erase endurance)
- Power-on reset (POR), brown-out detector (BOD)
- Single-pin unified program and debug interface (UPDI)
- Watchdog Timer (WDT) with Window mode, with a separate on-chip oscillator
- Three analog comparators (AC) with a low propagation delay
- One USART with fractional baud rate generator, auto-baud, and start-of-frame detection
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, SOIC package
