The ECHU1H104GX9 is a stacked metalized PPS Film Chip Capacitor with simple mouldless construction. The film capacitor realize both the downsizing and high safety with advanced vapour deposition technology and high performance with original structure and process. The ECHU (X) series solves the chip standing problem of reflow by improving the electrode structures. The film chip capacitor is designed for filtering and reflow soldering.
