UF4005-E3/54 is an ultrafast plastic rectifier. Typical applications include use in high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer, computer, and telecommunication.
- Glass passivated chip junction, ultrafast reverse recovery time
- Low forward voltage drop, low switching losses, high efficiency
- High forward surge capability, solder dip 275°C max. 10s, per JESD 22-B106
- Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600V (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum RMS voltage is 420V (TA = 25°C), maximum DC blocking voltage is 600V (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum average forward rectified current 0.375" (9.5mm) lead length at TA = 55°C is 1.0A (TA=25°C)
- Peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load is 30A (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 1.7V (TA = 25°C)
