BOARDBTH500151LUATOBO1 is a 48V protected switch shield for Arduino is a flexible evaluation board dedicated to drive loads. It comes with two devices that can be evaluated: BTH50015-1LUA (RDS(ON) 1.5mohm) and BTH50030-1LUA (RDS(ON) 3mohm) the lowest ohmic smart high-side power switches available in the market for 24V and 48V power nets. Suitable for power distribution, ECU/BCM power feeds, PTC heaters, rear window heaters, start-stop systems, electric brake vacuum pumps applications.
