MA240012 is a PIC24H 100P to 100P TQFP Plug-In Module (PIM). This Plug-In Module comes with a 100-pin PIC24HJ256GP610A MCU sample. The PIC24HJ256GP610A is a 256KB flash 16KB RAM high performance 16bit microcontroller.
- Use this PIM with the Explorer 16 development board (DM240001)
- MCU is modified Harvard architecture with an enhanced instruction set and addressing modes
- Supply Voltage range from 3 to 3.6V
- MCU supports CAN, I2C, SPI and URAT interfaces
