The MAX4233ABC+T is a high output drive, rail to rail I/O, dual CMOS operational amplifier (op-amp) with shutdown mode in 10 pin UCSP package. This amplifier exhibits high slew rate of 10V/μs and gain bandwidth product (GBWP) of 10MHz. The MAX4233 can drive typical headset levels (32ohm) as well as bias an RF power amplifier (PA) in wireless handset applications. This op-amp is designed to be part of RF PA control circuitry and biasing RF power amplifiers in wireless headsets. The MAX4233 offers SHDN (complementary) feature that drives the output low. This ensures that the RF PA is fully disabled when needed, preventing unconverted signals to RF antenna. It is also used in audio hands free car phones kits, digital to analogue converter buffers, transformer/line drivers and high bandwidth applications.
