Product Overview
The 5413 (3/4"X36YDS) is an amber Polyimide Film Tape consists of a Kapton® polyimide film and silicone adhesive designed for high temperature applications. The 70016039219 tape features high adhesive to film bond and dimensionally stable at high temperatures flame retardant, chemical and radiation resistant and high productivity protects surfaces. Mask for protection of gold fingers of printed circuit boards during wave solder or solder dip process and release surface in fabrication of parts cured at elevated temperatures.
