The 1658640-1 is a 50-position snap-in crimp D-sub Connector with steel body. The shell is made of tin-plated steel and has 5 shell size. The Amplimite HDP-20 series connector has machine applied terminations assure highest production rates. Intermateable with any size 20 Subminiature D connector dimensionally complying with MIL-C-24308. Crimp snap-in contacts allows loading of only the number of contacts being used.
