Product Overview
LRTB R48G is a multi-chip LED. This device is especially designed for indoor video walls and full color display. The 4-lead common anode technology admits an additive mixture of color stimuli by independent driving of each chip. Very compact package size fits best for high resolution narrow pitch video walls.
- SMT package, epoxy resin
- Lambertian emitter (120°) viewing angle
- Red, true green, blue color of emission
- 63 to 140mcd red, 140 to 315mcd true green, 28 to 71mcd blue luminous intensity
- Preconditioning: acc. to JEDEC Level 4, ESD-withstand voltage
- Operating temperature range from -30°C to 85°C
- Forward current is 10mA at Ts = 25°C
- Reverse current is 10µA max at VR = 5V (blue / true green), 10V (red)
