Product Information
Product Overview
AD7847 is a dual channel, 12bit multiplying digital to analog converter with output amplifiers on monolithic CMOS chip. No external trims are required to achieve full specified performance. The device accepts 12bit parallel data which is loaded into respective DAC latch using the active r low WR input and separate chip select for each DAC. The amplifier feedback resistor are internally connected Vout on the device. The device is fabricated in linear compatible CMOS (LC²MOS) an advanced, mixed technology process that combines precision bipolar circuits with lower power CMOS logic. It is widely used in application such as automatic test equipment, function generation, waveform reconstruction, programmable power supplies, synchro applications etc.
