Product Overview
AD7923 is a 12bit, high speed, low power, 4-channel, successive approximation (SAR) ADC. It contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 8MHz. The AD7923 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at maximum throughput rates.
- Fast throughput rate: 200KSPS
- Specified for AVDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
- 7.5mW max power dissipation at AVDD = 5V, fSCLK = 20MHz, normal mode
- 4 (single-ended) inputs with sequencer
- 70dB min SNR, -77dB max THD and 8.2MHz typ BW at 3dB
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management
- No pipeline delays, shutdown mode: 0.5μA max and qualified for automotive applications
- High speed serial interface SPI®/QSPI™-/MICROWIRE™-/DSP-compatible
- 16 lead TSSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
