The 64057 is an adjustable Gate Valve Lockout constructed from rugged injection moulded polypropylene. This versatile lockout adjusts to fit 1 to 6-1/2-inch valve handles, replacing 3 conventional gate valve lockouts. It can be supplied with English, Spanish and French danger labels.
