5A high output current IGBT gate Drive optocoupler suitable for use in IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, AC/brushless DC motor drives, industrial inverters and switch mode power supplies.
- 15KV/μs Minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at VCM = 1500V
- 0.5V maximum low level output voltage (VOL) eliminates need for negative gate drive
- ICC = 5mA maximum supply current
- Under Voltage Lock-Out Protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
- Wide operating VCC range: 15 to 30V
- 500ns maximum switching speeds
- UL recognized 5000VRMS for 1 min
- CSA approval (IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5 Approved)
