The HBL2421 is a 3-pole 4-wire 3-phase 20A/250V Twist-Lock® NEMA L15-20R Insulgrip® Grounding Plug, made of black and white nylon body, brass blades, cord grip having 9 to 29mm cord diameter and #10-32 brass Phillips/slotted/Robertson screw terminals.

- IP20 Moisture resistance rating
- -40 to 75°C Operating temperature range
- Superior cord grip design protects terminations from excess strain
- Clear, funnel shaped wire entry for ease of termination
