The HBL2823 is a 4-pole 5-wire 3-phase 30A 277/480VAC Y-type Twist-Lock® NEMA L22-30R Insulgrip® Grounding Connector, made of black and white nylon body, brass contacts, #10-32 Phillips/slotted/Robertson screw terminals and 9 to 29mm cord diameter.

- IP20 Moisture resistance rating
- -40 to 75°C Operating temperature range
- Ribbed nylon housing provides a secure grip and impact and chemical resistance
- Superior cord grip design protects terminations from excess strain
- Clear, funnel shaped wire entry for ease of termination
- Integral dust shield protects wiring chamber from dust or contaminants
