The IFX25001TF V50 is a low dropout linear Voltage Regulator capable of supplying continuous output current up to 400mA. A wide input voltage range up to 45V enables this to operate in a large variety of applications. This regulator is also protected against overload, short-circuit and over-temperature conditions.
