26221

The 26221 is a 10ml Acrylic Adhesive Bottle designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Typical applications include the locking and sealing of large bolts and studs (M25 and larger). The thixotropic nature of LOCTITE® 262 reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate, for fasteners up to 3/4-inch diameter, permanent, high-lubrication for easy assembly, prevents rust and corrosion in extreme chemical/environmental conditions, solvent-resistant, low-toxicity, non-flammable. It is in liquid state, red color with mild odor and slight soluble in water.
