MIT420/2

The MIT420/2 from Megger is a MIT400 series CAT IV insulation tester with polarisation index (PI), dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) functions, variable test voltage range (VAR) and result storage. It is designed not only for electrical and industrial testing but also for exceptionally wide range of applications from electrical installations, cable testing, motor testing, automotive, ESD, panel building, avionics, maintenance. Insulation testing has been enhanced with feedback controlled test voltages to limit overvoltage to 2% rather than industry standard 10-20%. A variable range has been added to allow any intermediate voltage from 10V to 1000V in 10V steps where application specific test voltages are required that do not appear in standard ranges. It has redesigned weatherproof tough housing, back stand & 6 cell battery compartment with separate fuse access. The dimension is 108mm x 228mm x 63mm (W x D x H) and weight is 600g. It operates -10°C to +55°C temperature.
