Product Overview
The AT24C64D-SSHM-B is a 64kB Serial EEPROM IC with full memory write protect, supports up to eight devices on a single 2-wire bus. Memory organized as 8192 words x 8-bit. Optimized for applications where low-power and low-voltage operations are essential. The EEPROM operates from 1.7 to 5.5V.

- Schmitt trigger, filtered inputs for noise suppression
- Bidirectional data transfer protocol
- 400kHz (1.7V) and 1MHz (2.5, 2.7, 5.0V) compatibility
- Write protect pin for hardware data protection
- 32-byte Page write mode - Partial page writes allowed
- Self-timed write cycle (5ms maximum)
- High reliability - 1,000,000 write cycles endurance
