MCP4351-103E/ST is a quad-channel, volatile, 8bit digital potentiometer with an SPI compatible interface. The MCP4351 family is available with end-to-end resistor values of 10KΩ.
- 4 pots, potentiometer configuration option
- Mid-Scale POR Wiper Setting
- 8bit: 256 resistors (257 taps)
- Operating range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Low wiper resistance of 75ohm (typical)
- Resistor network terminal disconnect feature via Terminal Control (TCON) register
- Supports split rail applications
- Brown-out reset protection (1.5V typical)
- Serial interface inactive current (2.5µA typical)
- Extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, available in 20 pin TSSOP package
