MSASC25H45K/TR is a low voltage drop Schottky diode (standard polarity). It features oxide passivated structure for very low leakage currents.
- Tungsten/platinum Schottky barrier for very low VF
- Guard ring protection for increased reverse energy capability
- Epitaxial structure minimizes forward voltage drop
- Hermetically sealed, low profile ceramic surface mount power package
- Low package inductance, very low thermal resistance
- 300µA typical reverse (leakage) current at VR= 45V DC, Tc= 25°C
- 375mV typical forward voltage at IF= 5A, Tc= 25°C
- 55V typ breakdown voltage at IR= 1 mA, Tc= 25°C
- 45V maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage, 45V DC maximum blocking voltage
- 280A max nonrepetitive peak surge current (tp= 8.3ms), -55 to +150°C junction temp range
