Product Overview
The 1N5383BG is a Surmetic™ 40 axial-leaded Zener Voltage Regulator with a void-free transfer-molded thermosetting plastic case, all external surfaces are corrosion-resistant and lead is readily solderable. The voltage regulator has tight limits and better operating characteristics that reflect the superior capabilities of silicon-oxide passivated junctions.
