MMSZ4679T1G is a MMSZ4xxxT1G series zener voltage regulator. It is offered in a convenient, surface-mount plastic package. This device provides a convenient alternative to the leadless 34 package style.
- Zener voltage range from 1.90 to 2.10V (TA = 25°C, VF = 0.9V, Max. at IF = 10mA)
- Leakage current is 5µA (TA = 25°C, VF = 0.9V, Max. at IF = 10mA)
- Total power dissipation on FR-5 board is 500mW max (TL = 75°C, derated above 75°C)
- Package designed for optimal automated board assembly
- Small package size for high density applications
- ESD rating of class 3 (<gt/> 16kV) per human body model
- Void-free, transfer-molded, thermosetting plastic case, UL 94 V-0 flammability rating
- Corrosion resistant finish, easily solderable finish, cathode indicated by polarity band polarity
- Maximum case temperature for soldering purpose is 260°C for 10 Seconds
- SOD-123 package, junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C
