The CD611616C is an isolated dual Diode Module designed for use in applications requiring rectification and isolated packaging. The device is isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat-sink. It is suitable for bridge circuits, AC and DC motor drives, welders, battery supplies and large IGBT circuit front end applications.
