The HGC1M-EC is a Black Economy Heel Grounder features a double life span, three layer sole, 18-inch multi-strand ribbon and a low price make this grounder a good choice when high volume grounder use and turnover is costing too much. SCS uses time-tested construction techniques including computer controlled stitching, riveting, die cutting and heat cutting to ensure consistent performance. Cost effective but durable. Meets the requirements of ANSI/ESD S-20.20, EIA 625, MIL-STD-1686 and MIL-HDBK-263.
