Product Overview
E-L9637D013TR is a monolithic bus driver with ISO 9141 interface. It is a monolithic integrated circuit containing standard ISO 9141 compatible interface functions.
- TTL compatible TX input, EMI robustness optimized
- Bidirectional K-I/O pin with supply voltage dependent input threshold
- Overtemperature shut down function selective to K-I/O pin
- Defined OFF output status in undervoltage condition and VS or GND interruption
- High input impedance for open VS or GND connection
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 36V, supply VCC current is 1µA typical
- Input current is 4µA typical, output on impedance is 10 ohm typical
- Transmission frequency is 50KHz maximum at (9V <lt/> VS <lt/> 16V (external loads) RKO = 510 ohm)
- Rise and fall time is 2µs typical at (9V <lt/> VS <lt/> 16V (external loads) RKO = 510 ohm)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, SO8 package
