Product Overview
LF90CPT-TR is a very low drop voltage regulator with inhibit function. The low drop voltage (0.45 V) and low quiescent current make it particularly suitable for low-noise, low-power applications and especially in battery powered systems. In the three terminal configuration, the device has the same electrical performance, but it is fixed in ON state. It requires a capacitor of only 2.2 µF for stability, saving board space and costs.

- Internal current and thermal limit
- Only 2.2µF for stability
- Operating input voltage is 16V maximum (IO = 500mA)
- Quiescent current is 0.7mA typ (VI = 10 to 16V, IO = 0mA, on mode), 70µA (VI = 10V, off mode)
- Supply voltage rejection is 71dB typ (f = 120Hz, IO = 5mA, VI = 11 ±1V)
- Output noise voltage is 50µV typ (B = 10Hz to 100KHz)
- 9V output voltage, PPAK package
- Temperature range from -40 to 125°C
