Product Overview
M24C01-RMN6TP is a 1Kbit (128 x 8 bit) I²C serial access EEPROM. It can be accessed with a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V. This device operates with a maximum clock frequency of 400KHz.
- VCC = 1.8V to 5.5V, byte and page write within 5ms, more than 200-year data retention
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection, more than 4 million write cycles
- Random and sequential read modes, hardware write protection of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection, input leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Supply current (read) is 0.8mA maximum at (VCC = 1.8V, fc = 400KHz)
- Standby supply current is 1µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.8V)
- Output low voltage is 0.2V maximum at (IOL = 0.7mA, VCC = 1.8V)
- Supply current (write) is 0.5mA maximum at (1.8V ≤ VCC ≤ 2.5V)
- Standby supply current is 1µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.8V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, SO8N package
