Product Overview
M24C16-RMC6TG is a I²C serial access bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory). This device can be accessed (read and write) with a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V.
- 16Kbit (2K x 8bit) device function
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-year data retention
- Output leakage current is ±2µA maximum at (SDA in Hi-Z, external voltage applied on SDA: VSS or VCC)
- Output low voltage is 0.2V max at (IOL = 0.7mA, VCC = 1.8V)
- Standby supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.8V)
- Operating industrial temperature from -40°C to 85°C
- DFN8 package
