Product Overview
M95M01-DFMN6TP is an electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) organized as 131072 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus. The M95M01-DF offers an additional page, named the identification page (256bytes). The identification page can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be (later) permanently locked in read-only mode.
- 1.7 to 5.5V operating voltage
- Compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- 1Mbit (128Kbytes) of EEPROM with 256bytes page size
- Fast write cycle time: byte and page write within 5ms
- High speed clock frequency up to 16MHz
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention
- Write protect: quarter, half or whole memory array
- SO8 (150 mil width) package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
