Product Overview
MPSU50-2ST-DEMO is a MP5000 series power supply unit module (demo). It is suitable for a wide range of applications from validating design and debugging to complex parallel test systems used in ATE.
- Considered “Used” condition, this product has been utilized for the purpose of demonstration only
- Near new condition, with all original accessories showing only slight signs of handling
- 2 isolated channels per module, 6 channels per mainframe
- Up to 50V and up to 5A per channel
- Extended voltage/current ranges with up to 100V and 10A when channels are stacked in series/parallel
- Bipolar output capability without switching the output leads
- Built-in output disconnect relay for each channel physically disconnects DUT when PSU is off
- OVP & OCP protect the device by limiting maximum voltage and current from the PSU
- Remote sense (4-wire) for accurate voltage o/p at device by compensating for voltage drops at leads
