                      Product Overview

                      The TIVH08 from Tektronix is a TIVH series IsoVu 200MHz high voltage isolated measurement systems with 3m cable. The TIVH series (IsoVu) products can be used on most Tektronix oscilloscopes with the TekVPI interface and on MSO/DPO70K series oscilloscopes with the TCA-VPI50 adapter. IsoVu utilizes an electro-optic sensor that converts electrical signal from sensor tip cables to an optical signal which electrically isolates device under test from oscilloscope. IsoVu incorporates 4 separate lasers, an optical sensor, 5 optical fibres and sophisticated feedback and control techniques. The sensor head which connects to test point has complete electrical isolation and is powered over one of optical fibres. Typical applications are half/full bridge designs using GaN, SiC, IGBTs, floating measurements, power converter design, power device evaluation, inverter and motor drive design, electronic ballast design, EMI, ESD, current shunt measurements and remote probing capability.

                      • 10000 to 1 (80dB) common mode rejection at 1GHz, 60KV peak common mode voltage
                      • Up to ±2500V differential (DC + pk AC), output clamping, safety certified
                      • Measurements in high EMI environments
                      • EMI compliance testing, ESD testing
                      • ±3% DC gain accuracy
                      • < 2pF input capacitance
                      • 35ns ±5ns propagation delay
                      • CLASS I laser product certified
