TCR3UF18B,LM(CT is a TCR3UF series CMOS process single output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. This features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown function and non discharge line-up. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1μF can be used with the device, it is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable devices. Used as power IC developed for portable applications, IoT equipment and wearable devices.
