Product Overview
The D83C is a 8-pin quad isolated small Single-In-Line Diode with 100% Ag termination, 100% Sn plated steel lead pins and common cathode polarity. This D series diode has UL94V-0 rated epoxy resin conformal coating and 96% Sn, 3.5% Ag, 0.5% Cu junction and lead pin finish.
