Product Overview
The OPB829DZ is a Slotted Optical Switch consists of an infrared emitting diode (LED, 890nm centre wavelength) and a NPN silicon phototransistor, mounted on opposite sides of a 3.18mm wide slot in a black plastic housing. Phototransistor switching occurs when an opaque object passes through the slot.
