Product Overview
8100-SMT14 is a QFP 80 SMT adapter proto board. Individual trace extends every pin from SMT package to dedicated plated through hole. Additional plated hole provided for general prototyping. It allows for easy prototyping and evaluation of fine pitch STM components and connectors.
- 0.50mm SMT pad spacing (20 mil spacing)
- Ground plane on reverse side, 0.50mm pitch board
- Plated holes spaced on 0.1" x 0.1" centers, size is 6.0" x 4.0"
- Boards made with FR4 laminate, 0.062" thick
- Solder plating over copper, supports popular packages
- Prototyping holes spaced on a 0.1" x 0.1" grid
- 64 pin TQFP package
