Product Overview
The VLMR334BACB-GS08 from Vishay is a VLM.334.. series power SMD LED in PLCC-2 package. The VLM.334.. series is an advanced modification of the Vishay VLM.31.. series. It is designed to incorporate larger chips, therefore capable of withstanding a 70mA drive current. It consists of a lead frame which is embedded in a white thermoplast. The reflector inside this package is filled up with clear epoxy. It is used in traffic signals and signs, interior and exterior lighting, dashboard illumination, indicator and backlighting purposes for audio, video, LCDs switches, symbols, illuminated advertising etc.

- Utilizing latest advanced AlInGaP technology
- Thermal resistance R = 300K/W
- ESD withstand voltage up to 2KV according to JESD22-A114-B
- Preconditioning according to JEDEC level 2a
- Compatible with reflow, vapour phase & wave solder processes according to CECC 00802 and J-STD-020
- Angle of half intensity of ±60°, maximum forward voltage of 2.8V at IF=50mA
- Red colour LED
- Luminous intensity of 2200mcd (typ) at IF = 50mA
- Wavelength of 625nm (typ) at IF=50mA
