The MPU6000 DEV BOARD is an development board for MPU-6000 and MPU6050, a 6-axis motion processing IC that eliminates the package level gyro/accel cross axis misalignment associated with discrete solutions. The devices combine a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer on the same silicon die together with an on-board digital motion processor (DMP) capable of processing complex 9-axis motion fusion algorithms. The parts integrated 9-axis motion fusion algorithms access external magnetometers or other sensors through an auxiliary I2C bus, allowing the devices to gather a full set of sensor data without intervention from the system processor. MPU-6000 supports SPI at up to 20MHz, in addition to I2C, and has a single supply pin, VDD, which is both the devices logic reference supply and the analogue supply for the part.
