The SFH4550 from Osram is a radial leaded high power infrared emitter. This device is used for infrared Illumination for cameras, sensor technology and data transmission. It is suitable for use in infrared Illumination for cameras, data transmission, sensor technology, smoke detectors.

- Very high radiant intensity
- Forward current If of 100mA
- Wavelength at peak emission is 860nm
