DS3502U+

DS3502U+ is a 7-bit, non-volatile (NV) digital potentiometer (POT) featuring an output voltage range of up to 15.5V. Programming is accomplished by an I2C-compatible interface, which can operate at speeds of up to 400kHz. External voltages are applied at the RL and RH inputs to define the lowest and highest potentiometer outputs. Applications include TFT-LCD VCOM calibration, instrumentation and industrial controls, and mechanical POT replacement.

• Address pins allow up to four DS3502s to share the same I2C bus
• Wiper current is 1mA max at TA=-40°C to +100°C
• VCC supply current is 0.2mA typ at VCC=+2.5V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +100°C
• V+ bias current is 1μA max at VCC=+2.5V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +100°C
• Ratiometric temp coefficient is ±4ppm/°C typ at WR/IVR register set to 40h
• SCL clock frequency is 400kHz at VCC=+2.5V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +100°C
• Integral nonlinearity is 1LSB at VCC=+2.5V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +100°C
• 10 μSOP package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +100°C
