Product Overview
The M3016-EVK evaluation kit contains the 16Mbit MRAM device and enables users to develop interactive hardware solutions using an Arduino UNO Rev3 host board connected through a standard SPI interface. The Arduino UNO host board communicates with a computer using a USB 2.0 cable type A/B and terminal emulator software. Software bundled APIs and a test program from Avalanche provide basic access to the MRAM device’s functionality. Supports M1016204 non-volatile 16Mb high performance MRAM (1.8V), M3016204 non-volatile 16Mb high performance MRAM (3.0V), M1004204 non-volatile 4Mb high performance MRAM (1.8V), M3004204 non-volatile 4Mb high performance MRAM (3.0V), M1008204 non-volatile 8Mb high performance MRAM (1.8V), M3008204 non-volatile 8Mb high performance MRAM (3.0V) devices.
