Product Overview
The DGBH15M is a 15-position dual-purpose high density Slim-line Gender Changer with HD15 male to male connectors. It allows mismatched D-sub connectors to mate and is panel mountable to pass cables through a bulkhead. The low profile design reduces leverage strain on overstressed computer ports and is fully shielded for electrically noisy environments. It is universally designed for serial or parallel applications.
- Wired straight through to pass signals through a panel or enclosure
- Fully shielded to protect against EMI (electromagnetic interference)
- Gold plated contacts provide reliable connections with repeated mating cycles
- UL grade 94V-0 connector insulator satisfies flammability requirements
- HD15 is often used in VGA adapter applications
