Product Overview
The Vishay K series are radial leaded, multilayer ceramic chip capacitor with class 2, X7R dielectric used for general purpose applications. The capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 1μF. These capacitors are used in temperature compensation, coupling and decoupling circuits.
- ±5%, ±10%, ±20% and + 80%/- 20% tolerance
- Rated voltage of 50VDC, 100VDC, 200VDC, 500VDC
- Operating temperature range -55°C to + 125°C
- High capacitance with small size
