DCL540L01(T,E(O is a high speed quad channel digital isolator. It is based on Toshiba complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. High reinforced insulation is achieved by Toshiba CMOS technology and the magnetic coupling structure. It can operate with a temperature range of -40 to 110°C and a wide supply voltage of 2.25 to 5.5V.
