Product Overview
MAX4444ESE+ is an ultra-high-speed, low-distortion, differential to-single-ended line receiver with enable. This differential line receiver offers unparalleled high-speed, low-distortion performance. Using a 3 op-amp instrumentation amplifier architecture, this IC has symmetrical differential inputs and a single-ended output. Suitable for differential-to-single-ended conversion, twisted-pair to coaxial converter, high-speed instrumentation amplifier, data acquisition, medical instrumentation, high-speed differential line receiver.
- Operates from ±5V max supplies and are capable of driving a 100 ohm load to ±3.7V
- Internally set closed-loop gain of +2V/V
- Low-power enable mode reduces current consumption to 3.5mA
- 5000V/µs slew rate
- 550MHz -3dB bandwidth and -60dB SFDR at 5MHz
- Low differential gain/phase: 0.07%/0.05° and low noise of 25nV/√Hz at fIN = 100kHz
- 70db typ power-supply rejection ratio at VS = ±4.5V to ±5.5V
- 55db typ common-mode rejection ratio at -2.9V ≤ VCM ≤ +2.9V
- 16 pin narrow SO package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
