Product Overview
The AQZ202 is a Solid State Relay with SPST-NO contact and through hole terminals. This AQZ-series Power PhotoMOS® 1-form-A high capacity relay features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analogue signals without distortion. Eliminates the need for a counter electromotive protection diode in the drive circuit on the input side. Eliminates the need for a power supply to drive the power MOSFET.
