The 043P103 is a 10kΩ 500mW 20-turn through-hole mounting Trimmer Potentiometer with cermet resistive element and pure Sn terminals. This potentiometer has ±10% resistive tolerance, ±100ppm/°C temperature coefficient and multi-finger wiper for better CRV.
