SI2A-LD

SI2A-LD is a fixed-mount acoustic imaging camera for pressurized leak detection. It is designed for continuous detection, localization, and quantification of compressed-air and pressurized gas leaks from distances of up to 200m (656ft). It identifies small and intermittent leaks that periodic inspections may miss, enabling maintenance teams to address issues early, reduce energy waste, lower operating costs, and minimize exposure to noisy or hazardous areas. Its AI-enhanced detection and analysis provide actionable insights, including estimated leak size and annual financial losses, with minimal operator intervention. Featuring an IP66-rated enclosure, VESA-mountable design, and enterprise-ready connectivity, the Si2a-LD supports permanent installation in harsh industrial environments and integration with condition-monitoring platforms, SCADA, and alarm systems, helping facilities improve safety, enhance operational reliability, and prevent unplanned downtime.
