DS4404N+

The DS4404N+ is a 4-channel, I2C adjustable current digital to analogue converter (DAC) in 14 pin TDFN package. Each DAC is capable of sinking or sourcing current, each output has 31 sink and 31 source settings that are programmed by the I2C interface. External resistors set the full-scale range and step size of each output. It is used in power supply adjustment, power supply margining and adjustable current sink or source.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• I2C compatible serial interface
• Two three-level address pins allow nine devices on same I2C bus
• Supply current is 500μA at VCC = 5.5V
• Reference voltage of 1.23V
• Maximum SCL clock frequency is 400KHz
